Patent and Trademark Program
The Akron-Summit County Public Library is presenting “An Introduction to Intellectual Property” at 7 p.m. Feb. 16 at the Main Library, at 60 S. High St. in Akron.
Just like other types of property, intellectual property needs to be protected from unauthorized use. This program is an introduction to the four ways to protect intellectual property - patents, trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets.
The library is celebrating its 15th year as a Patent & Trademark Depository Library in partnership with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
