Mercy Health Center of Lake is offering low-cost blood screenings (total cholesterol $2, glucose screenings $2, lipid profiles $8) 7 a.m.- 11 a.m., Friday, Sept. 24. No appointment is necessary and a 12-hour fast is recommended. For more info., please call 330-877-5000. This screening is held the 4th Friday of each month.
